Policy briefs released

The RIGHTS team published policy briefs on labour migration policies in Kenya, Senegal, Uganda, Indonesia and the Philippines. Using information from the RIGHTS policy database and country cases studies, these briefs provide a snapshot of the legal framework, recruitment regulations, predeparture trainings, exit controls, destination country services, bans and BLAs. Placing the briefs side-by-side allows readers to compare and contrast policies across countries.
